Prenotazioni
Normalmente affittiamo per periodi settimanali, da sabato pomeriggio alle ore 17:00 al successivo sabato mattina alle ore 10.00. Dopo aver concordato la prenotazione, via e-mail o fax, inviare una acconto del 50% corrispondente all'importo del periodo prenotato mediante trasferimento bancario a nome di Annamaria Biondi, alla Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Viterbo (CARIVIT), succursale di Valentano, ABI 06065, CAB 73310, conto corrente 11070624.

La prenotazione sarà definitivamente confermata dopo il ricevimento via fax della ricevuta di pagamento, che deve pervenirci entro una settimana dalla prenotazione. Il saldo sarà pagato all'arrivo. Gli animali non sono ammessi.
Per periodi inferiori ad una settimana, comunque di almeno due notti, si accettano solo prenotazioni con breve preavviso (non oltre una settimana). Nessun anticipo è richiesto.

Booking

The booking will be confirmed after receipt of the deposit or after receiving by fax a copy of the payment receipt. The balance is due upon arrival. Optional: baby bed, satellite TV, mountain bike. Animals not admitted.

Die Wohnugen werden wochenweise vermietet, von Samstag-Nachmittag bis zum nächsten Samstag-Vormittag. Wenn Sie reservieren, senden Sie bitte eine Anzahlung, 50 % des  Gesamt-Preises, an Annamaria Biondi, Bank CARIVIT - Valentano (Viterbo), - ABI 06065 - CAB 73310 - Konto 11070624.

Die ßuchung  wird bestätigt sobald die Summe eintrifft, Schneller geht es, wenn Sie uns ein fax mit der Kopie von Ihrer Zahlung sofort senden, die Restzahlung der Miete wird bei der Ankunft bezahlt. Optionals: kinderbett, Satellite Fernsehen, Mountain Bike. Keine Tiere erlaubt.
